At DFI Toppers, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes, returns are necessary. Please read our policy carefully to ensure your return process is smooth and efficient.

There is an uplift fee of £25/€25 to collect unwanted items.

Conditions for Returns

  • Unwanted Items: If you decide that the item isn’t right for you, we can accept returns only if the item is unused and in its original packaging.
  • Used Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used, unless there is a manufacturer’s defect.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days at sleepwell@dfibeds.com. We will guide you through the steps.

  2. Shipping the Item: Once your return is approved, please send the item back to us via post. Ensure it’s securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

  3. Refunds: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within 7 days of receiving the item.
